I've designed a program for first year lifter and/or people who haven't seen the strength gains they thought they'd get. This is a program that uses linear periodization where you increase the weight each time you come to the gym. Now this is nothing complex, you do your prescribed sets and reps for a certain weight and increase the weight by 2.5 - 5kg each training session!

The program is completely free and you don't need any fancy machines like many fake strength gurus might try to tell you. All that you ACTUALLY need is a barbell, weights, some form of rack, a box, a bench, dumbbells, pullup bar, dip bar and a cable cross machine which MOST gyms already have. No belt or any gear needed!
